Description

You will design, build, and operate electrical, sensor, and control systems for pilot plants during the transition from technology demonstration to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems for pilot plant operations, including conduit, piping, tubing, and protection devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Interface with equipment vendors to procure hardware meeting specific technical requirements.
• Manage project development and delivery tasks within the process engineering team.
• Install and wire grounding circuits and low-voltage systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in electrical engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Associate degree.
• Valid Electrician license.
• Experience installing and programming PLCs, Remote I/O, and HMI systems.
• Proficiency with flow, pressure, temperature, level, conductivity, and pH sensors.
• Deep knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Ability to deliver and interpret design drawings and blueprints.
• Experience in project management and development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology demonstration to commercialization transitions.
