You will lead signal integrity efforts and integrate product specifications into long-term technology development strategies for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology development strategies and integrate product specifications into core technical roadmaps.
• Lead the development of make/buy strategies for electronic products.
• Design and conduct research to create new product offerings and business opportunities.
• Support the technical development of critical proposals and represent the organization in industry R&D activities.

Required Skills

• Signal Integrity Analysis and High-Speed Signal Validation.
• PCB Stackup Design and Advanced Electrical Design expertise.
• Strong background in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Product Design and specification management.
• Analytical skills applied to complex electronic systems.
• 15+ years of related work experience with a PhD, or 18+ years with a Master's degree, or 20+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
