Lead electrical design activities and manage engineering teams to ensure technical quality and project compliance in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Manage people functions including resource planning, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate design activities based on workload, project complexity, and required skill sets.
• Maintain technical quality and service levels throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Ensure project objectives comply with product definition files and design intent.
• Drive change initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
• Proven experience in People Management and Performance Management.
• Technical expertise in Electrical Design.
• Hands-on knowledge of Switchgear.
• Experience with Circuit Breakers.
• Ability to develop training programs based on skill matrices and competency targets.
• Any Graduate degree.
