Description

Own the electrical hardware design and full lifecycle for aerospace products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical hardware design, integration, and requirements management.
• Execute schematic capture, component derating, and DC-DC power supply design with EMI filtering.
• Oversee PCB layout and troubleshoot issues through qualification and validation phases.
• Create schematics, operational diagrams, and technical documentation for design compliance.
• Support development of test articles, fixtures, wire harnesses, and representative loads.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of electrical design experience.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and SVN repositories.
• Proven background in the Aerospace domain.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting DC-DC power supplies.
• Skills in managing electrical component obsolescence and alternate parts mitigation.
• Experience with DO-160 or MIL-STD environmental qualification standards.
• Knowledge of Oxygen Systems or Passenger Service Units (PSUs).
