You will manage the full electronic hardware development lifecycle for complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Design electronic boards and interconnects involving digital, analog, FPGA, and power electronics systems.
- Own the end-to-end product development cycle from concept and architecture through prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot design improvements to resolve customer, field, and manufacturing issues.
- Implement design for reliability processes and drive product quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify cost productivity opportunities throughout the product life cycle.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in electronic hardware development.
- Proven experience in board design and layout using Cadence or Allegro.
- Hands-on expertise with analog, digital, and power electronic circuits.
- Experience managing the full end-to-end electronic hardware development cycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Technical proficiency with PWA/PWB and subsystem design techniques.
- Knowledge of system cabling and EMC design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with firmware and embedded software using C or C++.
- Familiarity with EMC simulation tools and UL/ETL/IEC standards.
- Experience working on global projects.
