Description

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 6–10+ years of embedded hardware/electronics design experience
• Hands-on experience with Thread and Matter wireless connectivity (Required)
• Experience with related wireless technologies such as: BLE / Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, 802.15.4-based wireless systems
• Microcontroller-based circuit design
• Embedded hardware architecture and PCB design experience
• Experience with communication interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART/Serial, USB, CAN
• Hardware bring-up, validation, troubleshooting, and system-level testing
• Experience through the complete electronics product development lifecycle
• Experience with Electronics BOM Lifecycle Management tools such as: Silicon Expert/ IHS
• Strong understanding of DFx practices:
• PCB assembly and production testing
• Strong collaboration skills with firmware, software, manufacturing, and supplier teams

Nice to Have

• Altium Designer experience
• Python, C, C++, or C# for test automation
• Windchill PLM experience
• Silicon Expert / IHS experience
• Knowledge of regulatory standards: FCC, UL, CE, ETSI
