Description

You will support Grid Operations and Planning Research within the R&D department by evaluating new technologies and developing power system analysis tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support projects focused on grid operations and emerging technology deployment.
• Evaluate the performance of new technologies in the grid operations arena.
• Develop tools for power system analysis, modeling, and simulation.
• Apply big data analytics and visualization to power system projects.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Core knowledge of Power Systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with C#.
• Experience with SQL.
• Ability to apply engineering analysis to solve complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• Specialization in Power Systems.
• Experience with data science.
• Knowledge of databases, data structures, and computer networking.
