Description

You will design and implement high-reliability electronic systems, including PCBs, embedded systems, and power electronics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full circuit card design lifecycle, including requirements capture, schematic capture, component selection, and thermal analysis.
• Develop PCB layout constraint guidelines, board stackups, and oversee routing, fabrication, and assembly.
• Execute hardware verification and validation of high and low-level requirements in compliance with DO-254 and DO-160 standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve hardware issues during development and testing.
• Design circuit cards utilizing FPGA, processor, and DDR memory components with interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, I2C, USB, LVDS, and SERDES.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Xpedition, Altium, Cadence Allegro, Eagle, or KiCAD.
• Experience with FPGA-based designs and high-speed interfaces.
• Knowledge of DO-254 and DO-160 industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with requirement management tools like IBM Doors or Jama.
• Experience using Jira for Agile hardware development planning and tracking.
• Competency in signal integrity, timing analysis, and simulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
