Description

You will provide electrical engineering services to the Ingot Finishing Department, supporting production, maintenance, and engineering operations in Davenport, IA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of electrical engineering projects, from concept and scope development through design, manufacturing, commissioning, and closure.
• Lead multi-discipline problem-solving efforts with technical staff, maintenance, and production teams.
• Develop electrical control solutions to support process improvements and equipment reliability.
• Execute PLC/HMI and controls redesigns and upgrades for existing processes.
• Install and troubleshoot camera systems on industrial equipment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading electrical projects.
• Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, and motors.
• Experience with measuring devices and ethernet cameras.
• Proficiency in Rockwell programming software, specifically RS Logix and FactoryView.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs.
• Ability to use PI Vision and Data Link to analyze and solve process issues.
