Description

Design and implement PLC-based control systems using Beckhoff TwinCAT and Structured Text.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write PLC software in Beckhoff TwinCAT using Structured Text (IEC 61131-3).
• Integrate PLCs with HMIs, motion control, safety systems, and EtherCAT networks.
• Design control panels and electrical schematics.
• Commission systems and perform root cause analysis on field issues.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Manufacturing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years building PLC-based control systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT.
• Proficient in Structured Text programming.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Knowledge of servo/VFD integration and UL508A or NFPA 79 standards.
