Description

You will execute hardware testing for standalone and integrated power systems including PSUs, BBUs, and rack power configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hardware testing on standalone PSU, standalone BBU, integrated PSU/BBU shelves, and integrated rack power systems following defined test plans.
  • Debug issues and collaborate with PSU and BBU vendors to resolve technical discrepancies.
  • Integrate power hardware with data center tools for health monitoring and event alerting.
  • Manage power lab operations, including equipment calibration, repairs, and new equipment installation.
  • Coordinate lab supply stocking to support ongoing testing requirements.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in switching power supply testing or validation of power bricks for Server, Storage, or Network switches.
  • Proficiency operating lab equipment including oscilloscopes, AC sources, DC loads, and power analyzers.
  • BS Electrical Engineering degree (BSEE).

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience in power supply design.
