Description

You will support the development of new manufacturing lines by managing electrical scope and installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Review line layout concepts to finalize electrical scope and transform designs into 2D/3D electromechanical fabrication and installation drawings.
• Develop ePlan documentation and calculate electrical power loads.
• Coordinate electrical installation activities and manage schedules to mitigate delays.
• Design and implement equipment safety in compliance with international codes and standards.
• Support permit acquisition and machine safety buy-offs through internal and third-party interactions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in designing electrical and power distribution systems using ePlan Electrical.
• Working knowledge of UL508A (UL 508A MTR preferred), NFPA, NEC, UF5NA, and UO5NA.
• Experience creating project documentation, technical drawings, and inspection reports.
• Ability to manage permits and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience with 2D and 3D electromechanical equipment design.
