Description

You will support processor product production and characterization using ATE test platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts using C, Perl, or Python to parse raw test data.
• Perform characterization on new products on ATE test platforms.
• Generate standard characterization reports.
• Manage production flow for processor products.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Perl script writing.
• Programming skills in C and C++.
• Experience working in a Unix-type environment.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and electrical circuits theory.
• Ability to parse and analyze test data.
• AS or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on ATE test platforms.
