Description

You will design, develop, and maintain MRI-compatible products, analyzing mixed-signal PCBAs and performing deep-dive debugging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and debug mixed-signal PCBAs in embedded battery-operating systems.
• Perform low-level analog front-end signal measurements using oscilloscopes.
• Execute signal integrity tests on high-speed digital interfaces with logic analyzers.
• Conduct board-level power estimation, thermal analysis, and system-level integration testing.
• Document test procedures, results, and technical issues; travel to Cleveland for MR-related testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electrical hardware testing.
• Proficiency with I2C, SPI, UART, QSPI, USB, SWD, and ADC.
• Experience with analog front-end components including amplifiers, filters, sensors, and ADCs.
• Ability to perform signal integrity testing on high-speed digital interfaces.
• Experience with BLE device testing using spectrum and network analyzers.
• Knowledge of medical industry regulatory testing such as ESD, EMI, and EFT.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Class 2 or Class 3 medical device development experience.
• Knowledge of IEC, FDA, UL, and CE international medical quality and regulatory standards.
