Description

Lead structural, civil, and architectural project execution from planning through turnover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage teams to execute structural, civil, and architectural work packages.
• Create execution plans to ensure cost and schedule targets are met.
• Conduct constructability reviews during design development to validate engineering documents.
• Prepare funding requests and present project status to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with procurement to create biddable packages and verify contractor proposals against estimates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of field experience in construction management, preferably with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects valued at over $100M.
• Expertise in supervising steel erection, roof decking, and core & shell components.
• Deep knowledge of AISC, ACI, and ASTM standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical resolutions and stakeholder updates.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related engineering or construction field.
