Lead complex automotive electrical product development projects from design through implementation.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational plans, including project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure, equipment, and facility projects, covering production, installation, and commissioning.
• Monitor project performance against plans and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Identify and secure necessary resources, including materials, equipment, staff, and external contractors.
• Coach and delegate work to lower-level professionals while managing large-scale processes with limited oversight.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical project management.
• Proven expertise in Product Development project management.
• Experience managing high-complexity projects with significant business impact.
• Ability to develop engineering standards, budgets, and forecasts.
• Skill in managing end-to-end processes and large-scale deliveries.
• Strong capability in resource planning and contractor selection.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification.
