Description

Manage multiple electrical construction projects from planning through close-out, overseeing execution, budgets, and client relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution, including planning layouts, integrating engineering elements, and conducting constructability reviews.
• Prepare detailed estimates, scopes of work, quantity take-offs, and monthly cost forecast reports.
• Manage procurement, vendor invoices, subcontractor pay applications, and project cash flow.
• Represent clients in bidding processes, contract awards, and obtaining necessary insurance and bonding.
• Oversee team members and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety plans, schedules, and budget controls.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Prolog, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in cost management, progress billing, risk management, and change orders.
• Ability to read and interpret all drawing disciplines and engineering specifications.
• Experience with subcontractor management, contract administration, and document control.
• Solid understanding of site-specific safety plans and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for client and team interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Semiconductor or High-Tech industry experience.

Experience in accounting, legal aspects, and quality assurance is required. Degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred.
