Description

Manage electrical construction projects in Austin, TX, from initial planning through final completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction plans by reviewing documents with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractor management and conflict resolution.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and the sequencing of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Experience managing RFIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder liaison and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and departments.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to maintain quality control through regular inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards and codes.
