Description

Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and control panels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC systems using Siemens Step 7 and Allen-Bradley SLC 500 controllers.
• Diagnose HMI problems and load applications.
• Design, specify parts, and wire control panels according to NEC and NFPA 79 standards.
• Maintain and repair 480 VAC three-phase circuits, DC motors, and drive controls.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance electrician or electronic technician.
• Minimum 2 years of technical school training in Electronics Technology or Industrial Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Step 7 and Allen-Bradley SLC 500 PLCs.
• Proficiency with 24 VDC, 110 VAC, and 230 VAC control circuits.
• Experience working with 480 VAC three-phase circuits and DC motors.
• Knowledge of AC, VFD, DC, and servo drive controls.
• Experience troubleshooting HMIs and loading applications.
