Description

Perform electronics bench-level testing and validation on Infotainment and Telematics ECUs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up test benches and lab equipment to execute functional testing on audio, connectivity, telematics, and UI systems.
• Create, execute, and document test cases, analyzing results and reporting defects.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and log analyzers.
• Support ECU integration, flashing, and configuration activities alongside cross-functional teams.
• Maintain test logs and ensure compliance with quality standards during regression testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics bench testing or ECU testing.
• Strong understanding of Infotainment and Telematics systems.
• Knowledge of automotive protocols including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
• Proficiency with test instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience in test case execution, defect logging, and validation.
• Basic knowledge of ECU flashing and diagnostics tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing or test benches.
• Familiarity with tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, or CAPL scripting.
• Basic programming or scripting skills in Python.
