Description

Support new and sustaining product development by performing Electrical Design Verification Tests (EDVT).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system and component-level test plans.
• Debug design failures by collaborating with hardware and software design teams.
• Create and run Python test scripts for EDVT.
• Resolve EDVT issues early through diagnostics and hardware analysis.
• Interface with cross-functional teams (HW, SW, NPIE, MFG, PM) to meet milestones.

Required Skills

• 2-5+ years of experience in Electrical Design Verification Testing (EDVT).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering, programming, and networking fundamentals.
• Expertise in complex system-level debugging and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on capability to design and implement EDVT characterization tests.
• Proficiency in Python, TCL, C++, or Shell Scripting (Python preferred).
• Analytical mindset for debugging and root cause identification.
• Ability to handle moving systems weighing 20lb to 50lb in the lab.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced product development environment.
