Description

You will manage the assembly, design, and testing of electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Design and manufacture prototypes.
• Calibrate electro-pneumatic test systems and analog instruments (4-20 mA, 0-10V).
• Configure and wire control panels.
• Manage mechanical valves, piping, and pneumatic circuits.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, design, testing, and prototype manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatic system assembly and testing.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical valves, piping, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with pneumatic circuits and instruments.
• Basic knowledge of control panel wiring.
• Understanding of electro-pneumatic test systems and calibration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with industrial heaters, pneumatic pumps, hydraulic pumps, or VFD drives.
• Background in Oil and Gas environments or knowledge of hazardous standards.
• Experience with PLC ecosystems such as Siemens S7 or Wago PFC ranges.
