Description

You will manage and optimize EDI solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange with business partners.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI solutions using IBM Sterling to support partner integrations.
• Integrate EDI with Order Management Systems (OMS) to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
• Onboard, test, and maintain EDI connections with external customers and trading partners.
• Perform root cause analysis on transmission errors, mapping discrepancies, and communication failures.
• Maintain technical documentation for mapping specifications, system configurations, and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EDI implementation and support.
• Proficiency with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and IBM Sterling File Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with Axway and Lightwell.
• Ability to write code on Sterling Integrator using Java.
• Extensive knowledge of EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Expertise in EDI mapping, document translation, and communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and FTP.
• Experience integrating EDI processes with Order Management Systems (OMS).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
