Description

You will design and develop electronic systems for optical geodetic instruments, including digital levels, terrestrial laser scanners, and total stations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop analogue and digital circuits following industry standards and safety guidelines.
  • Develop microcontroller and microprocessor designs for variable sensor control.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting, design reviews, and day-to-day technical issue resolution.
  • Support testing processes for development, production, and service.
  • Manage the transition of completed products to manufacturing through NPI product builds.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in electronic engineering.
  • Proficiency in analogue and digital circuit design.
  • Experience with signal processing, HF-design, or opto-electronics.
  • Programming capabilities in C, C++, .NET, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with E-CAD design and instrumentation test equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and communicate technical risks.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
