Description

You will manage the repair and maintenance of electronic and electromechanical systems across pressroom, mailroom, and building equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns, coordinating with machinists to resolve issues without compromising safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair network components, PLCs, and automated remote controls.
• Install and commission new equipment and systems.
• Maintain and repair WAN and LAN Microsoft platform equipment, including client email and production applications.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and software upgrades using laptop-based tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electronic or electromechanical repair.
• Proficiency with instrumentation tools including volt-ohm multimeters, oscilloscopes, clamp-on amp meters, soldering irons, and regulated power supplies.
• Ability to troubleshoot ladder logic and install software upgrades via laptop.
• Experience with WAN and LAN maintenance.
• Skill in using shop equipment such as drill presses and grinders to repair or manufacture retrofit parts.
• Ability to perform desktop support and upgrade client systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
