Description

Develop and maintain low-latency, high-throughput trading applications for capital markets. You will design system architectures, build REST APIs, and ensure code quality through static analysis and CI/CD gating.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications to meet specific business processes and technical requirements.
• Develop system architectures, designs, and technical concepts.
• Maintain code quality through static/dynamic analysis, security scans, and CI/CD pipeline gating.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Participate in the full software delivery lifecycle from initial analysis through production support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of enterprise development experience.
• Proficiency in Java (JDK 11 or 17).
• Experience with Apache Camel (Version 3).
• Development of REST APIs including Enterprise Authentication and Authorization.
• Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Boot Actuator.
• Experience with JMS using Active MQ or similar messaging middleware.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Sybase.
• Extensive experience with asynchronous, event-driven programming and concurrency.
• Understanding of Capital Markets, derivative pricing/valuation, and RFQ workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Direct eTrading experience.
• Integration experience with ION, TradeWeb, or Bloomberg.
