Description

Perform repairs and maintenance on medical instrumentation and dermatological equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctioning instruments using standardized testing procedures and mechanism examinations.
• Identify and source correct spare parts, managing inventory transactions to maintain accuracy.
• Replace or repair defective components and reassemble equipment to meet technical specifications.
• Complete all required QC forms, service reports, and repair documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal staff.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and electronics repair.
• Ability to use standard electronic test equipment, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Experience with radio frequency technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Associate degree in electrical or electronic repair, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical instrument or device industry.
• Experience working in an ISO certified environment.
• NetSuite experience.
