Description

You will manage the integration and technical maintenance of Elite eBillingHub within legal and financial workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Elite eBillingHub setups to ensure seamless legal billing operations.
• Develop custom integrations between e-billing systems, legal practice management software, and ERP systems.
• Build and manage integrations using APIs, REST, and SOAP services.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues involving XML and LEDES billing formats.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and legal teams to ensure billing compliance and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Elite eBillingHub or similar legal e-billing platforms.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Python or PowerShell for scripting.
• Experience with APIs, REST, and SOAP services.
• Knowledge of XML and LEDES billing standards.
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Understanding of legal billing workflows and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with project management platforms.
