Description

You will own the end-to-end process of email campaign creation, execution, and optimization within the Global Marketing Organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute email marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, automated flows, and newsletters.
• Build and customize emails using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to meet complex design and dynamic content requirements.
• Manage email journey campaigns from strategy through execution to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Translate product marketing strategies into compelling email content that highlights key features and benefits.
• Monitor email metrics and conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency in Eloqua, including the ability to leverage and customize the platform's capabilities.
• Advanced HTML skills with expertise in responsive design and interactive elements.
• Strong JavaScript coding expertise for creating dynamic and personalized email content.
• Proficiency in CSS for building visually appealing email designs.
• Demonstrated experience in product-based marketing and managing complex email journey campaigns.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Eloqua Master's Course Certification.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance best practices.
