Description

Lead quality assurance for Oracle Eloqua implementations, integrations, and campaign execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage test case scenarios, recording all outcomes.
• Perform integration testing between Eloqua and various third-party systems.
• Execute testing for web push, in-app, and rich campaigns.
• Manage large data segmentation, cross-channel data transfers, and data hygiene during testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix software issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development or testing experience in Oracle Eloqua.
• At least 1 year of experience in Eloqua implementation and integration testing.
• Experience testing lead management processes, including lead lifecycle enrichment, quality, and privacy.
• Proven ability to handle large data segmentation and cross-channel data transfer testing.
• Experience testing web push, in-app, and rich campaign scenarios.
• Strong understanding of integration testing for third-party systems.
• Ability to maintain data hygiene throughout the testing lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
