Description

You will own end-to-end email marketing strategies for AI-based IT products, driving engagement through targeted campaigns and automated workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute email campaigns tailored to IT products and services.
• Craft compelling content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize open and conversion rates.
• Build and manage automated lead nurturing workflows across the buyer journey.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize results.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing focused on IT product sales.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Pardot.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with email deliverability and troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• HubSpot Email Marketing Certification or similar digital marketing credentials.
