Description

You will manage the production, management, and deployment of customer-facing email and SMS campaigns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deploy email and SMS communications through an email service provider.
• Collaborate with copy editors, design teams, and data analysts to ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain brand and legal standards across all deployed communications.
• Manage contact lists and ensure timely campaign execution.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience coding HTML emails.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in HTML for email development.
• Experience implementing responsive design for email.
• Solid understanding of email best practices and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Knowledge of SMS data privacy laws.
• Experience handling and managing contact lists.
