Description

You will execute email campaigns and customer journeys as part of the CRM Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Build email campaigns using visual drag-and-drop editors or direct HTML.
• Execute project requests from various teams and prioritize work under manager guidance.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and engage related teams to resolve them.
• Conceptualize campaign results using dynamic content, customer data, and Moveable Ink.
• Ensure every campaign is executed without error while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in email campaign execution.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Mailchimp, Sailthru, or SFMC.
• Experience building emails via drag-and-drop editors or direct HTML coding.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and graphic design techniques like image cropping.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
• Formal education in a multimedia, interactive, technical field, or similar.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with coding languages such as Ampscript or Liquid.
• Knowledge of email development best practices including accessibility, dark mode, and responsive design.
