Description

You will develop, validate, and test application software for security and automation hardware, including lock systems, biometrics, and digital locks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop application software for security and automation hardware products.
• Validate and test software functionality across multiple product lines.
• Troubleshoot circuit boards using multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
• Read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in applications engineering or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Go, and SQL.
• Experience with GIT or SVN for code versioning.
• Working knowledge of electrical principles including Ohm's Law, voltage, and current.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic power supply circuitry.
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing tools like scopes and multi-meters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CAD software.
