Description

You will lead technical direction and manage a small team of engineers on router platform development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of router platforms.
• Manage the daily work of 3 to 5 engineers.
• Implement and optimize networking protocols and wireless standards.
• Configure Linux bootloaders, flash partitions, BSPs, and device drivers.
• Maintain build and package management systems for embedded environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing small engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in router platform development.
• Hands-on experience with IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, ARP, STP, IGMP, DSCP, VLAN, UPnP, SSDP, MLDv2, TCP, and UDP.
• Knowledge of WiFi standards 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, WPA2, WPA3, and WMM.
• Experience with Linux IPC mechanisms including ubus and D-bus.
• Proficiency with build systems such as OpenWrt, Buildroot, or Yocto Project.
• Experience working with large open-source software projects.
