Description

You will design and implement real-time embedded software for audio and speech processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Study state-of-the-art audio, speech, and codec algorithms to determine software-hardware partitioning.
• Develop and debug software within real-time, multiprocessor, and multi-interface embedded environments.
• Map and optimize algorithms specifically for DSP platforms.
• Perform end-to-end optimization and fine-tuning of signal processing pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex real-time systems using C/C++ for embedded processors.
• 5+ years of experience in software development for audio, speech, codecs, ML algorithms, or related signal processing.
• Strong C/C++ programming, refactoring, and debugging skills for heavily threaded and pipelined code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with C, C++, Audio Codecs, ARM, or RISC-V.
• Ability to debug and profile complex embedded systems.

Preferred Skills

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Low-level software optimization including instruction-level optimization, loop optimization, vectorization, and caching.
