Description

You will design, implement, and validate functional safety software for vehicle features including starting, lighting, climate control, and powered closures using Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze safety software requirements and safety software architecture.
• Perform software fault tree analysis and software DFMEA to meet ISO 26262 ASIL D standards.
• Generate analysis reports using the Medini tool.
• Develop software for ADAS and various vehicle control modules.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in embedded controls software design and development.
• Experience with ADAS software development.
• Proficiency in ISO 26262 functional safety processes, specifically software fault tree analysis and DFMEA for ASIL D.
• Experience with Medini tool for analysis reporting.
• Working knowledge of C and C++.
• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink for model-based design.
• Knowledge of RTOS and QNX.
• Understanding of AUTOSAR, DaVinci, and embedded software environments.
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and AUTOSAR integration projects.
• Experience with Jama, Polarion, Clearcase, Git, GitHub, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with MISRA C/C++ and Design Verification Plans and Reports.
