You will develop and maintain embedded software for networking products, defining technical solutions and ensuring product quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions and implement new functions in networking products.
• Specify product features in collaboration with marketing and customers.
• Ensure product quality through unit tests and code reviews.
• Investigate and resolve field and customer-reported issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RDK-B development for routers or gateways.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with build systems: Yocto, Buildroot, or OpenWRT.
• Proficiency in network protocols including TCP, UDP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with WAN and LAN technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using gdb and Wireshark.
• Experience with development environments: GIT, Jira, and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifying product features with marketing and customers.
