Description

You will develop and maintain embedded systems for routers and gateways using C/C++.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions and implement new product functions.
• Specify product features in collaboration with marketing and customers.
• Ensure product quality through unit tests and code reviews.
• Investigate and resolve field and customer-reported issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RDK-B development for routers/gateways.
• Proficiency in C/C++.
• Experience with build systems like Yocto, Buildroot, or OpenWRT.
• Proficiency in network protocols: ARP, IPv4, IPv6, ICMP, TCP, UDP, GRE, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with WAN and LAN technologies: Docsis, 5G/LTE, EPON/GPON, WiFi, Ethernet.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using RDK logs, gdb, valgrind, and Wireshark.
• Experience with GIT, Jira, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with embedded Linux kernel debugging.
• Background in telecommunications or ISP equipment development.
