Description

You will architect, design, and maintain embedded software for connectivity protocols. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop code for Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, and Cellular communications.
• Use production tools including Code Composer Studio, SVN, DevOps, and Git.
• Follow company coding standards and unit testing best practices.
• Participate in and eventually lead small groups through software development cycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of embedded programming experience with leadership qualities.
• Applied understanding of Socket CAN, C/C++, and Python.
• Experience with Embedded Linux and RTOS.
• Proficiency with BlueZ and the Bluetooth Stack.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi, HTTPS, SSL, TCP/IP, MQTT, and FTP.
• Ability to work in and around watercraft without special accommodations.
