Description

You will develop embedded software and manage hardware-software integration for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement driver layers with interrupt handling and modular code structures.
• Execute board bring-up and hardware-software integration tasks.
• Develop closed-loop systems and implement PID control algorithms.
• Generate unit tests and test cases derived from functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot systems using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and serial consoles.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C and C++ with at least 25,000 lines of code written.
• Experience with communication protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and RS232.
• Hands-on experience with microcontroller peripherals: TIMER, PWM, EEPROM, ADC, and DAC.
• Practical experience interfacing sensors (temperature, pressure, flow, motion) and actuators (DC/Stepper motors, valves, relays).
• Ability to map hardware schematics to pinouts and interpret IC datasheets.
• Experience with version control tools such as SVN or GIT.
• Working knowledge of Linux or other popular operating systems.
• Familiarity with software documentation (SDLC, SRS, Development Plans) and ISO/IEC standards.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting proficiency in Python or Matlab.
• Circuit simulation experience using LTSpice or MATLAB Simulink.
