Description

You will build and maintain low-level software for embedded systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write system-level code using C and Assembly for direct hardware interaction.
• Develop and implement device drivers for SPI, I2C, PCIe, and character devices.
• Manage memory, synchronization, and IPC mechanisms within embedded environments.
• Debug driver behavior and troubleshoot hardware interactions using specialized tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Strong command of C and Assembly language.
• Proficiency with Linux kernel architecture, device driver frameworks, and kernel modules.
• Experience with low-level concepts like memory management and interrupt handling.
• Familiarity with hardware design principles, registers, and memory addressing.
• Proficiency using debugging tools, specifically GDB.
• Hands-on experience with SPI, I2C, PCIe, and JTAG.
• Ability to read board schematics and reference manuals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-core architectures.
• Familiarity with RTOS environments.
