Description

You will focus on board bring-up, hardware validation, and system-level debugging across multimedia, storage, and power domains.

Responsibilities

• Execute board bring-up and debug hardware issues using oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Validate CPU, GPU, and multimedia components including video encoding/decoding and audio/video synchronization.
• Optimize system power consumption by validating sleep states (S0, S3, S4, S5) and power sequencing.
• Perform camera, sensor, display, and storage (HDD/SSD) validation and performance benchmarking.
• Conduct PCB rework and soldering tasks as required by design specifications.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in embedded systems validation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, I2C, SPI, and UART protocols.
• Proficiency with X86 and ARM architectures.
• Ability to perform PCB rework and soldering.
• Experience analyzing schematics and board layout files.
• Competency with hardware tools including oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Knowledge of BIOS, drivers, and operating system validation.
• Experience with Type-C validation and PD power sequencing.
• BE/BTech or ME/MTech degree in a relevant engineering field.
