Description

You will design and develop firmware applications for embedded systems, owning the full lifecycle from BSP customization to device driver debugging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware applications in Embedded C++ and C for NXP processors.
• Customize Board Support Packages (BSP) and configure Embedded Linux kernels.
• Develop and debug device drivers, ensuring compliance with hardware-software interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
• Optimize software for performance, logic efficiency, and library utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot firmware issues and validate wireless protocols (WiFi/BLE).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Embedded C/C++ programming.
• Hands-on experience with Board Support Package (BSP) development and Embedded Linux architecture.
• Proficiency with Yocto build systems for embedded platforms.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols, specifically WiFi and BLE.
• Experience working with NXP processors and hardware platforms.
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces including UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, testing, or automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing unit test cases and documenting defects.
• Any Graduate with a strong technical background in embedded systems.
