Responsibilities

• Develop embedded control systems and tools using C.
• Build and maintain Graphical User Interfaces in Unix.
• Interface with Postgres databases and manage table creation.
• Manage code configuration and track tasks via Jira.
• Utilize Unix-based development workflows including make, bash, and process management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded control systems tool development.
• Proficiency in C, including data structures, pointers, bit manipulation, and recursion.
• Experience with Unix development tools such as make, make-files, gdb, bash, setuid, and process fork.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres database interfacing and table creation.
• Competency in Code Configuration Management and Jira Issue Management.
• Ability to work within a Unix environment for application development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
