Description

You will develop controller software for construction machines while bridging the gap between Japanese customers and offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop controller software using Embedded C.
• Coordinate technical requirements and communication between Japanese customers and English-speaking offshore teams.
• Gather software requirements from various stakeholders.
• Support bench and machine testing for developed software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and C++ programming.
• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• Experience managing onsite-offshore coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAN/J1939 protocols.
• Background in the off-highway or automotive domains.
