Description

You will develop controller software for construction machines, acting as the technical bridge between Japanese customers and offshore engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop controller software using Embedded C and C++.
• Coordinate technical requirements and communication between Japanese clients and English-speaking offshore teams.
• Gather and define software requirements from various stakeholders.
• Support bench and machine testing for developed software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and C++ programming.
• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• Experience managing onsite-offshore coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAN/J1939 protocols.
• Background in the off-highway or automotive domains.
