Description

You will serve as a Technical Lead driving the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and analysis to final implementation.
• Participate in client discussions to provide technical inputs and architectural suggestions.
• Architect complex applications using established design patterns and methodologies.
• Maintain and develop new features within existing codebases using standard design patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of application development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Visual Studio for development and debugging.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and development techniques.
• Proven ability to apply design patterns to both new features and existing solutions.
• Experience working within a Scaled Agile environment.
• Proficiency in C++ and C.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the medical industry.
