Description

You will develop device drivers and low-level software for embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop device drivers for Linux, Yocto, QNX, or Android OS based devices.
• Implement and debug communication protocols including I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, and USB.
• Manage boot processes using u-boot and other boot loaders.
• Debug complex system issues across the Linux kernel and hardware subsystems.
• Work within Agile/Scrum processes to deliver software components.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Strong knowledge of Linux Kernel, subsystems, and device driver development.
• Experience with Linux, Yocto, QNX, or Android OS.
• Hands-on experience with I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, and USB protocols.
• Experience with u-boot or boot loaders.
• ADAS development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective English verbal and written communication.

Preferred Skills

• Android Framework development.
• Hypervisor development.
• Development experience with Qualcomm or i.MX7D Linux platforms.
