Description

You will design and implement architected solutions for embedded and edge virtualization environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level technical requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions with minimal oversight.
• Develop and extend Virtio devices, including virtio-audio, virtio-gpu, virtio-vsock, and virtio-net.
• Integrate virtualization solutions into cloud and container ecosystems using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to troubleshoot and optimize virtualization frameworks.
• Participate in R&D discussions and standards body collaborations to influence virtualization technology evolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Deep expertise in Virtio device development, extensions, and OASIS Virtio standards.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Kernel Virtio subsystems.
• Proficiency in Embedded C, C++, and Assembly.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes in virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
• Degree in any graduate field.
